(TM991) Service Delivery Manager - D365 Business Central

Auckland, New Zealand | $140,000.00 - 160,000.00 Per Annum

My exceptional client, Microsoft Inner Circle member for six years running is experiencing ongoing growth in their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice.

They're looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager who wants to be part of something exciting and continue their success. You’ll have a strong focus on great customer relationships, support existing customers with value and innovation, and help win new business opportunities.

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their Customer Success team (CST). This role will be based in Auckland, working with their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution. The successful SDM will need to be able to hit the ground running and help us continue to drive ongoing success for our customers. They will need to be prepared to take on and manage a portfolio of customers across New Zealand and build lasting partnerships with them and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure their support needs are met.

What we’re looking for in the ideal candidates:

  • Manage day to day service delivery activity across customers
  • Develop excellent working relationships with customers and become their “go to” person for post implementation requirements
  • Work with the team to ensure that contracts, work orders and licenses are maintained
  • Review all support reports for customers
  • Work with the PMO/Resource Managers to schedule work
  • Develop effective relationships with their customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Arrange and conduct regular support meetings with their customers
  • Be willing to travel when required.

You will need:

  • To be a team player with exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills and possess high energy combined with a “can do” attitude
  • To be well organised and have a high attention to detail
  • To possess high levels of customer service and be keen to step outside your comfort zone
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV knowledge or background as an added advantage
  • Good commercial acumen.
