An exceptional business is seeking a skilled and engaging Solution Architect to join their exceptional Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations team in New Zealand.

As an award-winning Microsoft Partner they are seeking a talented individual who can develop and present solutions for clients, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be part of a friendly, open, and well-supported team, and will have the opportunity to engage with new clients, design and create solutions, and demo them back to clients. We are looking for someone who is innovative and hands-on with all technology offerings in the Microsoft suite, and who can architect solutions that drive real change in their clients' business.

They need a strong player who:

• Designs and delivers high quality customised presentations and demonstrations that position the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations product features and benefits as the best solution available to prospective clients.
• Defines, designs and specifies solutions consistent with ‘best practises’ and ‘fit for purpose’ principles in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Evaluates and recommends solutions, provide costing and win client confidence.
• Ensures clients derive maximum value from their application investments.
• Is energetic, driven and tenacious with the natural desire to achieve, working in a team environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a solution consultant with AX/D365 Finance and Operations.
• Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude.
• Ability to work with strong stakeholders, yet articulate outcomes / design decisions that deliver valuable insights based on the solution architecture.
• Strong business acumen and an ability to drive clear and tangible business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
