(TM986) Services Consulting Manager - Dynamics 365 Finance

Auckland, New Zealand | $160,000.00 - 180,000.00 Per Annum

An award winning Microsoft Partner seeks a D365 F&O Services Consulting Manager in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a key role in their business, you will be building and nurturing strong relationships both internally and with customers.

They are looking for an energetic, motivated, target-driven individual to join their successful and expanding Microsoft Finance and Operations (F&O) practice. You will be responsible for leading and managing their New Zealand services practice operations to deliver successful outcomes, continuously improve our service delivery and expand our referenceable F&O customer base.

What you’ll do

  • This role offers a rare opportunity to work in a leadership role within the Fusion5 F&O pillar, based in Auckland
  • You will be responsible for ensuring successful service delivery as well as representing their brand and capability within the market
  • Leading a high-performing team, you’ll continue to develop and mentor the team, provide oversight to delivery teams, and lead your team’s professional development
  • This is an opportunity to manage a highly engaged team where your impact will be immediately felt
  • Your experience in a similar role will enable you to hit the ground running and ensure this team continues to stay engaged and successful

You’ll need:

  • 5 years plus experience in consulting management and/or have lead service and/or project teams and looking for the next step up
  • Experience associated with implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations would be an advantage, although not essential
  • Outstanding and proven Practice / Professional Services Management background with a track record developing and managing consultants
  • Strong engagement management abilities with the confidence to educate, convince and influence a broad customer base
  • To be highly comfortable preparing commercial documents, professional services estimates, and negotiating financial terms with customers
  • Experience in managing resources and team utilisation to targets
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement and presentation skills
  • To use a consultative approach to selling services
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to present well
